Refund Policy

Kaam shuru hone se pehle (jab tak hum "kaam shuru" ka message na bhejein) poora deposit jab chahein wapas. Is mein sirf ek katauti ho sakti hai: agar aap ke likh kar kehne par domain pehle register hua ho, to us ki fee (raseed ke sath). Kaam shuru hone ke baad, draft se pehle chhorein to aadha deposit wapas: Rs 3,750 (Online Store Rs 6,250). Agar hum 72 ghante se late hon to Rs 1,500 mazeed wapas. Hum 72 ghante mein draft na dein to Rs 1,500 kam. 10 working din mein draft na mile to poora deposit wapas. Draft package ke mutabiq na ho, aur batane ke 5 working din mein ya hamari doosri koshish ke baad bhi theek na ho, to poora deposit wapas. Draft package ke mutabiq ho aur aap live na karein, ya draft ke 30 din tak na baqi payment aaye na tabdeeli (aur hum 2 dafa rabta ki koshish kar chuke hon), to deposit wapas nahi hota (hum late hon to Rs 1,500 wapas). Is soorat mein baqi kuch nahi dena, aur 90 din mein usi qeemat par dobara shuru kar sakte hain. Live hone ke baad mind badalne par refund nahi. Lekin live hone ke 30 din ke andar hamari ghalti ki wajah se koi feature na chale aur hum 10 working din mein theek na karein, to package ki raqam wapas (domain fee kaat kar). Renewal ke 14 din ke andar mind badle to refund (registrar fee kaat kar). Care plan ka bill mahina guzarne ke baad aata hai, aur jab chahein band kar sakte hain. Refund Raast se, usi account mein, 7 din ke andar aata hai, koi fee nahi.

This policy covers the WebPakka Business Website (Rs 14,999) and the Online Store (Rs 24,999), extra work, renewals and the care plan. Section numbers refer to our Terms. Online Store amounts are shown as (Store: ...).

1. Before you pay

The demo is free. You owe nothing.

2. Deposit paid, before our "work started" message

Until we send that message (or deliver a draft, if that comes first), you can cancel at any time for a full refund.

The only possible deduction. If you asked us in writing to register your domain early, we deduct the registrar fee we paid: about Rs 3,000 for .com, or Rs 4,200 for .pk (PKNIC bills 2 years at once). We show you its receipt, and the domain stays yours.
Refunds without asking. If we close your project because your essentials never arrived (section 4), or we refuse it (section 9), we refund you without being asked.

3. After "work started", before the draft

If you cancel, we refund half your deposit: Rs 3,750 (Store: Rs 6,250), because part of the work is done.
If we had already missed the 72 hours, we refund Rs 1,500 more: Rs 5,250 in total (Store: Rs 7,750).
No draft after 10 working days. If 10 working days pass after your start time with no draft, you can cancel and get the full deposit back. The clock pauses or restarts only for the reasons in section 4 that come from your side (changes you want in the first draft, or an answer we need from you).
Unusable content. The same half refund applies if content we cannot use arrives after your start time and you cannot replace it (section 9).

4. We miss the 72 hours

Rs 1,500 comes off your balance. If you never go live, it comes back to you from the deposit instead.

5. The draft does not match the package

Section 5 says when a draft matches. Tell us what does not match before go-live. You can cancel, get your full deposit back and owe nothing more if either:

we have not fixed it within 5 working days of your message, or
it still does not match after our second fix.

Nothing is published.

6. The draft matches the package, but you decide not to go live

Before deciding, you can use your 2 revision rounds.
If you still leave, we keep the deposit (minus the Rs 1,500 if we missed the 72 hours), because the work was done and you saw the design in your demo before paying. You owe nothing more.
What you keep. We send you the text logo we made and the text we wrote for you, free.
The draft is not published, unless you reopen within 90 days of telling us, at the same price.

7. No balance and no changes for 30 days after a draft

As section 5 explains, after we have tried to reach you at least twice, we close the project. If the draft matched the package, point 6 applies. If it did not match, you get a full refund. Either way, you can reopen within 90 days of closing at the same price.

8. Balance paid, but the site is not live within 5 working days

Time PKNIC takes does not count (section 6). You can wait, or take back everything you paid minus the registrar fee if your domain is already registered. The domain stays yours.

9. After go-live

There is no refund for a change of mind: the website and domain have been delivered. Defects we cause are still fixed free (section 6).

Within 30 days of go-live. Suppose you report a defect we caused that stops a package feature working, and we have not fixed it within 10 working days of your report. You can then choose a refund of what you paid for the package, minus the registrar fee for your domain. We then take the site down, and the domain stays yours.
After those 30 days. If a defect we caused stays unfixed 10 working days after your report, you can leave. You get your domain transfer code, your files, and a refund of the unused full months of your current renewal and of any care plan.
What is not a defect: problems caused by WhatsApp, Google (including Business Profile verification, which Google decides), Cloudflare, registrars or banks; changes you or someone else made; or an unpaid renewal.

10. Extra work

If it is not delivered, you get a full refund. If it is partly delivered, you get a refund for the part not done, at the quoted rate.

11. Renewal

Cancel before paying: nothing is owed, and you get your transfer code and files.
Change your mind within 14 days of paying: we refund it, minus any registrar fee we paid for that year.
After 14 days: there is no refund, and your site stays up until the paid year ends.

12. Care plan

You pay after each month (section 7), so there is nothing paid in advance to refund.

Cancel any time, and no more bills are sent. For the month you are in, you pay only if we made an update for you in it.
If you asked for an in-scope update at least 2 working days before the month ended and we did not complete it, that month's bill is waived, or refunded if you already paid.

13. We refuse your project, or we stop the service

Refused before work starts: full refund.
We stop before your site is live: we refund everything you paid.
We stop after go-live: we refund the unused full months of any renewal or care plan, and hand over your domain and files (section 12).

14. Paid twice, paid too much, or paid only part of the deposit

The extra, or the part payment, comes back in full when you ask.

How refunds are paid

Method. By Raast, to the account you paid from. If you ask from your project WhatsApp number, we can pay to another account in your own name instead.
Timing. Within 7 days of the day the refund becomes due under this policy.
Deductions. None, except those written above.
If we cannot pay you. If we cannot pay to the account you paid from, we keep the money for you and pay it as soon as you send your account details.

Message us on WhatsApp (+92 314 9181300) from your project number, or email help@webpakka.com. Include your business name and receipt number. We reply within 2 working days.

This policy does not reduce any rights you have under Pakistani law.
