Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: 20 October 2026

You can ask WebPakka to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Requests are handled by Abid Ali personally.

How to ask

  1. On WhatsApp: send DELETE MY DATA to +92 314 9181300 from the same WhatsApp number you used to chat with us, so we know the request really comes from you. We reply to confirm that we received it, and Abid Ali handles it personally.
  2. By email: write to help@webpakka.com with the subject "DELETE MY DATA", and include the WhatsApp number you used and your business name. We may ask you to confirm the request from that WhatsApp number.

What we delete

  • Your chat messages and the photos, documents, voice notes and locations you sent us.
  • Your contact details: WhatsApp profile name, phone number or WhatsApp user ID, and username.
  • Your business details and your answers to our questions, and the ad click information linked to you.
  • Your free demo websites.
  • Your payment screenshots.
  • Your website content and files, and the alerts about you: the emails in our Gmail, the WhatsApp alerts in Abid Ali's own WhatsApp chat with our business number and in our system's message log (and in our Telegram chat, if we used it).
  • The same information in our backups: it disappears within 90 days, as the backups are replaced.

What we must keep

  • Payment and receipt records that tax law requires us to keep: amount, date, transaction ID and receipt number.
  • If you are a client with a live website, deleting your data also means we can no longer run your website. We agree the handover with you first: your domain stays yours, and we give you the registrar access or transfer code, the content you sent us and, once the package is paid in full, a copy of your site.

Copies of our chat also exist in your own WhatsApp app and in Meta's systems, under WhatsApp's own policies. Deleting your data from our systems does not delete those copies.

When and how we confirm

We reply to confirm that we received your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. If you asked by email, we email you when it is done. If we need to keep anything listed above, our reply says what and why.
